In loving memory of Shelley Hescock ❤️🚲
Every year, we honor River Parkian Shelley Hessock’s generous spirit by carrying on a tradition she helped create. When Rex & Shelley first began their real estate business, Shelley believed that every home sale should also help a child in need—so they started donating bicycles to local charities. For Shelley, a bike symbolized freedom, adventure, and possibility. It was her first big adventure as a child, and she wanted other kids—especially those going through tough times—to feel that same spark of joy.
Over the years, Shelley and Rex donated around 200 bicycles, and after her passing in 2020, they decided to grow the mission even bigger. Now, each year we come together as an office and a community to donate 100 bikes and 100 helmets to local organizations serving children.
This year, we’re proud to support:
• WEAVE
• Keaton’s Child Cancer Alliance
• Western Service Workers Association
Shelley may no longer be with us, but her kindness continues to ripple outward. Every bike donated is another reminder of her belief that even small acts of generosity can change a child’s life.
If you’d like to help us continue Shelley’s legacy and make the holidays brighter for kids in need, you can donate here:
Thank you for helping keep Shelley’s spirit of adventure and compassion alive. 💛🚲✨
