FREE chalk is available for the River Park Neighborhood Association Chalk Art Gallery! at the Caleb Greenwood bench on Carlson, Glenn Hall Park Kids playground, and Ciavarella Field. Chalk will also be available on the Fourth of July during the Glenn Hall Park Festival at the Carnival Ticket Sales Booth. Make art with your friends, family or by yourself! Show your community just how creative you are while having fun!
